Acceptance

By using Strivon you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (13 in the US) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Strivon for someone else, you're responsible for their use.

The service

Strivon provides running & walking coaching, tracking, route suggestions, an AI coach and optional community features. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Not medical advice

Strivon is a fitness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Its plans, injury-risk indicators, race predictions and AI coach are for general guidance only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell or in pain. You exercise at your own risk.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use & community rules

Be kind. Don't post unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing content; don't spam, impersonate, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to identify anonymous users; don't misuse location or others' data. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Community posts are public and anonymous — post accordingly.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it to run the service (including showing anonymous community posts). You're responsible for content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

Subscriptions & payments

Core features are free. Pro is a paid subscription billed via our payment processor (or the app store, where applicable), renewing until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime; store purchases follow that store's refund rules. Prices may change with notice.

Intellectual property

Strivon, its branding and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you may not copy, resell or create derivative works from it.

Third-party services

The app relies on third-party data (maps, weather, AI, payments). We're not responsible for their content or availability, and their terms may also apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that tracking, predictions or route data are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app except where caused by our negligence or where liability can't be excluded by law. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that can't lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Strivon and delete your data anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes & contact
